Mr. Cao graduated from Tianjin University and majored in machinery. Before his registration as a patent practitioner, he had held a teaching and research position with Tianjin University, managing a teaching and research group.

Mr. Cao's technical expertise is in mechanical engineering, mechanical and machinery design.
