Ms. Li is a graduate of Beijing University of Petroleum. Prior to registration as a patent practitioner, she was an engineer employed by the Ministry of Petroleum Industry and Tianjin Combustion Engine Research Institute.

Ms. Li is licensed to practice before Chinese Patent Office (SIPO) with technical expertise in chemistry, chemical engineering.
