Mr. Zhang graduated from Ural Engineering Institute, Russia. He held a teaching position with Department of Material Sciences of Beijing Aeronautic University and then with Chemical Engineering College of Tianjin University.

Mr. Zhang is licensed to practice before Chinese Patent Office (SIPO) with technical expertise in chemicals, chemical engineering, materials science, metallurgy and nonatechnology.
