Ms. Li earned a B.S. (medicinal chemistry) from Tianjin Medical University and a M.S. in biochemistry/ molecular biology from Beijing Normal University. Before being a patent agent, she was a research fellower in a pharmaceutical company for several years.

Ms. Li is licensed to practice before Chinese Patent Office (SIPO). Her technical expertise is in medicinal chemistry, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.
